It's exactly what it says, and exactly what I needed. The handle feels decently sturdy, and the wheels glide and turn smoothly. It can hold quite a bit, fits the limits for a carry-on item, and the USB charger pocket comes in super handy (as long as you remember to have a charged battery pack in it)I’ve stuffed this suitcase expecting it to explode! But it just keeps on performing! My husband has the Away carry on, and this one is just as lightweight and durable, for a fraction of the price!Needed this in a pinch, we'll see how it fairs, seems strong enough to withstand careful use, but I totally see how others cracked theirs. I think around 80 for it feels like a rip off, 40-50ish probably would have been a fair price, but at 40% of the price of other similar products, this thing feels like 15% of the quality....I miss not having an outside pouch.Looked great, felt great. But was already smashed in one corner by the time we got home. So durability is not that great.Travels well.. however, I worry about the zipper. So far no problems.Took this on a 2 week grand tour with multiple flights on different airlines and this held up great. Didn't have any issue taking it on as a carry on. Was able to pack several weeks of clothes with the help of vacuum travel bags (highly recommend) and 2 pairs of shoes.My only complaint is that the outside is already scuffed but I think it could probably be buffed out. Overall highly recommend.I was nice but I want 24. Or 26 inches hard to have always out of orderThe suitcase itself is a great size and has really good space and storage. But the case itself is not great quality. It’s too soft and not really hard shell. First trip and the corners are now caved in. Disappointed.There is a crack on the bottom of the suitcase the most critical part I am unable to return as I am travelling with it tomorrow very disappointing. Very flimsy it’s not worth the price tag.The handles of the luggage are not capable to hold 28 KG‘s ..quality of the handles sucks,will never buy this productI ordered large as I was heading to Europe. Its so light weight and flimsy that I won't even take the chance. Poor quality! I'm off to go buy something else now.I was excited to find an inexpensive, sleek carryon bag at a good price. But on the first trip, one of the interior zippers broke and now I can't close the mesh compartment inside the bag. Because I purchased the item for a trip, I'm now outside the return window and am stuck with a broken bag. Bummer.
