Not Amazons Fault. I purchased this chair, i was first please that it arrived early, box in good condition. However, once I opened the box and placed all parts on floor to assemble there were no hardware enclosed. I read the 1 sheet of instruction and it clearly shows bolts and screws listed but no where in packaging. The box had a sticker and it read "any problems with purchase to contact manufacturer." After rechecking the box many times, I wrote an email to the manufacturer, I listed SKU, ID and PO numbers. Their reply was to contact Amazon. So instead of going around in circles, I have returned the chair. Contacted amazon, they at least apologized and offered to send out another chair, they stated that they would not carry extra screws and bolts, that the manufacturer should have provided. At least the manufacturer could have offered to send the missing items to me, but they didn't offer., they "just passed the buck" . By the way if all would have been included the chair would have been good and sturdy and I would have placed a good review. Not today.
