Great product, plug and play out of the box. I plugged 3 monitors into it - two Displayport and 1 VGA, plus a mouse and keyboard. All were recognized instantly by my computer and immediately working. The size is small, maybe only the thickness of a pack of cards and twice as long, so huge improvement from my previous much larger docking station. This gave me the same capabilities as brand docking stations that cost 3x as much. Highly recommend.I got this recently for my surface to connect to my dual monitors and wired USB keyboard/mouse. It works exactly as expected and is amazing for the price. Out of curiosity, I also used this to connect my Galaxy S22 and to my surprise, it worked amazing on it as well (via Samsung Dex).Overall, great product for a great price.Issues when using with Windows (Dell laptop with USB-C) single headed cable. Objective is to have a single dock for both my Dell and MacBook Pro to interchange on.First, this offers PD but does not come with a power supply and cable of its own- so you need to reuse what comes with your MacBook or other USB Type C charger your laptop came with. In my case, I’m using my MacBook Pro charger because it’s 87w. Sucks to have to leave this charger plugged in all the time as part of getting a docking station is to free up your other resources.Second, when using with Dell laptop, I can’t get power to charge the laptop when plugging into Host 1, only Host 2 so it’s counterintuitive.Third, when plugged into Host 1, I can get the HDMI 1 to work but nothing else, not even a charge- again, counterintuitive. I’m order to get a charge, I have to plug laptop into Host 2 which at that point HDMI 1 is not recognized. So, to get power, HDMI 2 or 3, and the rest of the USB stuff to work, I need to plug into Host 2 and move HDMI to 2 or 3.This thing is counterintuitive and these are my frustrations listed after having it for 30 minutes. Good thing is I just plugged in my MacBook Pro and this all still works.Love this compact docking station for 2 monitors, printer, keyboard, mouse. Everything works great and its so fast to connect and disconnect.I picked this one specifically because of the dual monitor support. I am running two 27in monitors from our work issued ChromeBooks. The ChromeBooks only have two USB-C ports and I need one for security key.i liked thaat i can operate 3 monitors,upset that i cant operate 4 monitors. (or 3 and the laptop screen)Works great for my Lenovo laptop and HP monitors. I haven't had any issues!Did the job! I was able to connect my laptop to a monitor and use the additional ports with no issues.I use this to pair with my projector and my phone, it works alright its picture could be abit more clear as it's not 1080p as it says looks more 720p'ish, it's abit loose fitting and slides out my p20 Pro easy causing a disconnection at times, and when I try to play certain films or programs it likes to cut out and go to white screen which is odd if I must say, it also only likes me using Netflix and the Internet browser to watch things I can't use prime or Disney as it buggs out and doesn't work until I back out of the film I try to watch, other than that if it didn't have those issues it would be so worth the money, main issue is its not 1080p as it says other than that I can deal with just Netflix and the Internet lolRead through the instructions and have the USB C going from my 2017 Macbook Pro to 'Host 2' on the device. I've then got 2 HDMI's in HDMI 2 and HDMI 3 going to two external monitors. They both appear, but unfortunately only one extends the display, and the other external monitor just mirrors the other... Not sure how to get it to have each screen as an individual screen. Using this device only makes it look like one external monitor is appearing in System Preferences. Any help would be massively appreciated!I have a Thinkpad E590 (on the compatible list) but it will only operate 2 screens at a time in 1080p plus one from the VGA at 640x280 (or some equally useless resolution).On the whole, I am quite disapointed that this doesn't do what the advert says it does. It does however provide PD (if you plug in your USB PSU to the dock) and it does work with 2 screens so is usable, just not as good as I would have liked.Very good product, works right away but not 100% stable sometimes I have to disconnect and connect it again to make it works but overall I’m happy with the product. I'm using it on a MacBook Pro 2020 and connect it to UGEE drawing tablet. I haven't use the product that long so i may write an update in the future.I bought this to use with a new MacBook Air & docking station. I have two monitors, one HDMI & one DVI, which both go into a Kensington docking station which plugged into the USB port on my old MacBook Air. I now have the docking station plugged into the adapter which uses one of the USB-C ports.I chose this adapter because it also has an HDMI port which I’ll need to be able to use the single monitor in the office.It all works as expected & I’m happily continuing to be able to work with two monitors on extended view.
